The action thriller film that rocked the world in 1991 will
now have a modern adaptation. Previously starred by Hollywood icons Patrick
Swayze and Keanu Reeves, the reboot of Point
Break will surely take us to the edge of our seats.
Young FBI agent Johnny Utah infiltrates a cunning team of
thrill-seeking elite athletes led by the charismatic Bodhi. The athletes are
suspected of carrying out a spate of crimes in extremely unusual ways. Deep undercover
and with his life in imminent danger, Utah strives to prove they are the
architect of this string of inconceivable crimes.
The film is replete with the most daring athleticism ever
seen in motion picture, such as big-wave surfing, wingsuit flying, sheer-face
snowboarding, free rock climbing, and high-speed motorcycling. Edgar Ramirez
stars as Bodhi in the movie, Luke Bracey as Johnny Utah, Teresa Palmer as Tyler
Endicott, and Ray Winstone as Angelo Pappas. Directed by Ericson Core, Point Break will be released on
December 25, 2015.
