The 5th
Wave is an upcoming science fiction adventure film based on Rick Yancey’s
eponymous novel. According to the screenplay by Susannah Grant, four waves of
increasingly deadly attack have left most of Earth decimated. Against a
backdrop of fear and distrust, Cassie is on the run, desperately trying to save
her younger brother. As she prepares for the fifth wave, Cassie teams up with a
young man who may become her final hope – if she can only trust him.
Chloe Grace Moretz plays Cassie Sullivan in the movie.
Alongside her are Nick Robinson, Alex Roe, Maika Monroe,Live Schreiber, Zackary
Arthur, Tony Revolori, Ron Livingston, Maggie Siff and Talitha Bateman.
