We are used to seeing Paul Rudd as the funny man, but in a new comic book adaptation by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, he suits up to portray of the most iconic superheroes in the Marvel Universe. Ant-Man is intended to be the twelfth instalment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and tells the twisted story of Dr. Hank Pym and his apprentice Scott Lang.

In the latest trailer for the film, Biochemist Dr. Hank Pym
discovers a size-altering formula from subatomic particles which is called as
Ant-Man technology. Allowing users to reduce in size but increase in strength,
the technology must be safeguarded from evil forces. With Dr. Pym developing an
instrument that enables communication and manipulation of insects, once-thief
Scott Lang signs in as the new protector of the world.

Along with Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, Michael Douglas also
represents Ant-Man in the person of Dr. Hank Pym. The film also casts Corey
Stoll as the nemesis Yellowjacket and Evangeline Lilly as Pym’s estranged
daughter Hope Van Dyne. Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man will hit cinemas on
July 17, 2015.
