Lo and behold! One of the most-loved stories of all time will be
back on the wide screen. This time, it will be back to the basics as we will
look at how their stories began. To be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, Pan is a British-American co-production.
The movie is the story of an orphan who is spirited away to
the magical Neverland. There, he finds both fun and dangers, and ultimately discovers
his destiny – to become the hero who will be forever known as Peter Pan. With him,
we will also learn the origin story of Captain Hook and how they become enemies
to each other.
The film features an ensemble cast composing of Levi Miller
(Peter Pan), Hugh Jackman (Blackbeard), Garrett Hedlund (James Hook), Rooney
Mara (Tiger Lily), Amanda Seyfried (Mary Darling), Adeel Akhtar, Jack Charles,
Cara Delevingne, and many others. Directed by Joe Wright, Pan will be released on October 9, 2015.
