    First Peek: Jurassic World (2015)

The dinosaurs are back and in Universal Picture’s fourth installment of the Jurassic Park film series, we will be taken into a familiar world with new monsters to behold. Yes, Jurassic World will take us once again to the theme park we’d first seen more than twenty years ago (1993), but now rehabilitated and harboring a dangerous project.

Jurassic World takes place twenty-two years after the events of the first Jurassic Park movie. In the same island of Isla Nublar off the Pacific Coast of Central America, near Costa Rica, Jurassic World becomes fully functional again, a theme park originally envisioned by John Hammond but now operated by Masrani Global Corporation. But the attendance to the park is slowly declining, and to boost the number of visitors, the corporation resorts to finding new attraction – a genetically modified hybrid dinosaur called the Indominus Rex. However, the new monster breaks loose and runs wild throughout the park. Owen Grady and the staff rush to stop the tragedy.

Jurassic World features an entirely new cast. Chris Pratt will play the main protagonist Owen Grady. Alongside him are Bryce Dallas Howard (Claire Dearing), Vincent D’Onofrio (Vic Hoskins), Jake Johnson (Lowery) and many others. Produced by Steven Spielberg and directed by Colin Trevorrow, Jurassic World is scheduled to be released on June 12, 2015.
